The Force System with Hunter Eisenhower
Ep. 6: The Force System with Hunter Eisenhower
In this episode, I talk with Hunter Eisenhower, the Associate Head Sports Performance Coach at Arizona State University, about his Force System. The Force System is divided into four pillars: high force, fast force, slow force, and human force. The Force System is a comprehensive training framework designed to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk. We dive into the methods and reasons for each pillar and give practical recommendations.
This episode is a little more technical than previous episodes but I think it gives great insight into what is actually going through a strength coach’s head when programming and thinking about training.
