We discuss Arianna's background in college athletics and her transition from the collegiate sector to the private sector. Arianna explains the importance of orientation, support systems, and foundational programs for freshmen athletes. We also discuss Arianna's approach to training swimmers and the challenges of working with a population that trains extensively in the pool and much more!
